Catherine Foster

With a passion for brands, language, and beauty, my lifelong aim is to create designs, environments, and strategies that speak to the human experience, resolve a need, and inspire the soul.

Working with countless early and growth stage companies, my career has been centered around designing for, writing for, and deploying brands across industries, including consumer goods, technology, non-profit, interior design, healthcare, law, real estate, and eCommerce.

As the Founder and Creative Director at Treadaway, I’ve built a strategic design consultancy around serving a select clientele creating brand experiences that drive loyalty through end-to-end Strategy, Design, and Deployment services.

As the Board Chair of my alma mater Honors College Advisory Board and a Director at Large on the Robert S. Hartman Institute Board of Directors, I'm keenly focused on giving back more than I've been given and changing the world for the better.

While I consider myself a lifelong student, I hold a B.A. in Communication and a master’s degree in Strategic Communication — both from a beloved private liberal arts institution, Westminster University in Salt Lake City.
